At Potrackfin, we hold ourselves to strict compliance policies to protect personal data. This Privacy Policy details how we isolate and safeguard information processed through our workspaces.

1. Information We Collect

We collect user registration details, administrative configuration parameters, custom risk rule values, and developer keys. Transaction payloads submitted to our screening endpoints are isolated within tenant databases.

2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Data submitted to the production workstations is isolated programmatically. We do not aggregate customer transaction datasets, share intelligence databases between tenants, or reuse sanction match configurations across accounts without explicit authorization.

3. Third-Party Integrations

If your workspace incorporates active integrations (such as Stripe billing links or webhook receivers), data is exchanged securely using TLS encryption protocols and tokenized authorizations.

4. Retention and Logs

All administrator activities generate an audit trail. These logs are stored securely to support internal audits and regulatory reviews. Sandbox data can be wiped at any point by your workstation administrator.

5. Security Policy

All platform data is protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Workspaces are protected under strict RBAC configurations and Maker-Checker verification constraints.
